Affordable Permanent Housing

Future Home of Veterans Village of Absecon.

The Crest Motel was purchased March 21, 2023.
We started renovation immediately and in December 2023 Veterans Village of Absecon was approved as an affordable housing community for Veterans. It will provide housing to 26 Veterans. Renovations is still underway with 14 of the 26 units having been completed. We are anticipating placement into completed units starting March 1, 2024.

Please continue to follow our progress, we will be posting updates. Upon completion of our renovations the Old Crest Motel will be unrecognizable as we transform it into our vision of Veterans Village of Absecon.
